What size wig do I need?

Everyone’s head is unique and a slightly different size and the best way to know your size is to measure.  This is done by simply using a flat tape measure.  Start from your natural hairline on your forehead and follow it round to the hairline at the back of the neck and back around to your forehead (as shown in the photograph).  Maybe ask a family member or friend to help.

The styles available will be made using the size range below:

  • Mini Petite: Less than 51cm (20ins)                  
  • Petite: 51cm to 54cm (20 to 21.25ins)
  • Average: 54cm to 57cm (21.25 to 22.5 ins)
  • Large: Greater than 57cm (22.5 to 24ins)

Sprite from the Natural Image collection is the perfect super short, pixie crop with a gently tapered nape.

This wig benefits from a Lace front on a Comfort Cap base and also has a Monofilament crown. The Monofilament crown of this cap is hand knotted on a skin matching base to provide the most natural looking movement and parting. It also has the added benefit of a sheer, virtually invisible, hand knotted sheer lace front for off the face styling.

The base is Natural Image’s Comfort Cap construction. This is the modern standard in caps. Lightweight, stretch wefts make this this cap light, comfortable and breathable whilst soft velvet bands at the front, nape and ear tabs, will ensure all day comfort. The fine Velcro tapes mean that the wig can be adjusted for a custom fit. In addition, these styles also have the added benefit of a sheer, virtually invisible, hand knotted sheer front, for off the face styling.
